Social media design process for a real estate company

You may already read that i start my social media development with a posting plan.

Once the plan is approved, I use the content, break it into titles, and create posts to run your the media presence. This is a new and personal business, so my goal was to describe not only the business features but also to convey the client’s communication style.

For some posts, I used a symbol tweak to make the feed more creative. This also works as a layout that the client can occasionally reuse with different messages and titles. This is one of the reasons why social media design is useful and important — it provides materials for further posting without designer involvement.

As you can see, these posts also convey messages. They create a distinctive atmosphere — cozy and relaxing, like an autumn evening with tea. Once you receive the materials, it becomes a kind of toolkit where you can edit texts and colors and manage long-term posting.

New listing and sold are also important layouts, that can be reused with different properties.
