After a successful collaboration on the logo, brand identity, and social media design, the client decided to move forward with a landing page to establish a stronger online presence and create a dedicated space where potential clients could learn about the company, explore its work, and submit inquiries.

Landing page design process
Header, about us and benefits
When I started creating the design, I focused on the visitors. I analyzed the niche and identified what would be most important to potential clients. In real estate, for example, the design should convey trust, professionalism, and credibility from the very first impression.
I imagine what people are looking for when they approach a realtor — they are looking for a home, a place for their life. This is the initial emotion they come with.

The main message, “Tran Real Estate helps you find your dream home”, immediately speaks to the visitor and shows that the brand understands what its clients are looking for. I then expanded on this message with supporting sections such as “About Us” and “Benefits”, providing more information about the company and reasons why clients should choose its services.

There is also a secondary emotional message that emphasizes a stress-free process. The service communicates transparency, expertise, and support.
“More Than a House—A Place to Belong” — this message draws the visitor into their dream: a place where life happens. It shows that the business understands how important a new home is and that they are handling a deeply personal and meaningful process for their clients.
Our services block design
Instead of the common title “Our Services”, I was able to use a more inviting phrase, “We Can Help With”, which feels warmer and more approachable for users in the real estate niche. This block highlights two core service directions — buying a home and selling a home.

New listing web block
The “New Listing” section starts with a web insert titled “Turning Vision Into Home.” It adds an emotional layer to the page, communicating the idea of turning something abstract into something real — transforming a vision into a place to call home.

About me and Testimonials
The realtor works directly with clients. Showing their photo and testimonials helps build trust. The CTA “Schedule a Call” is placed in this section, as it aligns with trust-building elements in web design.

The footer provides essential contact information and quick access to key sections, such as the newsletter, contact details, and social media, allowing users to take action or navigate the site easily.
