Once we completed the logo and brand design, we moved on to the social media project. The client was already eager to launch their new product. Inspired by the fresh logo, they wanted to present themselves as soon as possible. They had many ideas about what to share, but needed a strong starting point—to show up in the right way, expand a little, and transition into consistent posting.

A client ordered a Social Media Design — Start Project. You can read more here about what the social media project includes. In short, the client requested the first 10 posts to begin building a social media presence. This helps Instagram understand the services and improves visibility in search results. It also allows local audiences to start seeing the posts, gradually building awareness of the business.

Social media plan

A social media project starts with a posting plan and content. You can read more about how I created a social media plan for a kitchen design studio. This plan forms the foundation for the visuals and designs I create. Another advantage of these initial posts is the design layouts, which the client can reuse in the future.

We spent some time refining and approving the content, focusing on key posts such as the introduction, about, and features. I aimed to clearly communicate why customers should choose this brand. It’s not just about gifting — it’s about the experience and emotions their clients receive. That’s exactly what I set out to convey.

Social media design

After the content and the plan were approved, I moved on to the visual design. For this brand, I started the social media design with a set of social avatar and additional patterns.

The patterns can be elements for posting in a long term perspective. A pattern helps extend the brand beyond the logo. It creates a consistent visual language that can be used across packaging, social media, website, and print materials. Instead of repeating the logo everywhere, the brand gets a flexible element that keeps it recognizable while allowing variety.

In the presentation above, you can see a set of posts, including the social media layout and imagery. The client received an editable file and continued managing their social media independently. I aim to create designs that are easy to understand for non-designers, so they can continue posting without a designer’s involvement.
