What does Secunds mean?

Secunds is a small dessert company, and the name plays on the idea that everyone wants seconds — another serving —because it’s just that good.

I started with typography, aiming to convey a sense of movement. I used a flip clock effect—the letter “U” behaves like a changing time digit, reinforcing the feeling of seconds passing.

The shape of the “S” naturally forms a heart, which became a perfect feature and a strong foundation for the symbol.

This gave me an idea of different layouts of the logo. It makes the brand versatile and interesting
